Yuliana Naskova coordinates the Employment section of Employment and Entrepreneurship program and supports TSA to increase the chances of persons from vulnerable communities to find employment by acquiring marketable skills and experience. Her work includes working with a local coordinator network, providing support on programmes that aim to increase the employability, skills and employment of the final beneficiaries.
Prior to joining the Employment and Entrepreneurship Program team she coordinated the Early Childhood Development, and I Have a Dream projects at the Liberal Alternative for Roma Civic Union LARGO - Kyustendil, as well as assisted in the overall implementation of LARGO 's projects related to health, health mediation, Roma education, etc. Her experience also includes coordination of a civil monitoring at police project at the Open Society Institute, Sofia, 2008, and of the School for a Sustainable Future project at Nature school Vlahi Foundation funded by the Active Citizens Fund 2013. From 2007 to 2019 she was Information and Communications Manager at the Red House Centre for Culture and Debate, Sofia.
In 2004 Yuliana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy and a Master's degree in Management of Social Institutions, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. She participated in the autumn and spring NGO training program 2022 by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law.
