This is a project aiming to strengthen the existing capacity within the leadership team of the Nurse-Family Partnership Program (NFP) as a means of improving the quality of the NFP service in Bulgaria. The Project Manager and the Team Supervisors will visit and learn from counterparts in Northern Ireland in order to improve the nurses’ knowledge and skills for applying the NFP model while working with vulnerable families in Sofia and Plovdiv. This will ultimately have a positive influence on the early development of the children and the economic independence of the families in the Program.
