This TSA Operational project will allow us to continue our efforts towards advocating for free kindergarten access for disadvantaged children in Bulgaria, using the momentum created by thе new legislative measure for supporting kindergarten fees, adopted with the amendments on the Pre-school and School Education Law.
The ultimate goal of the project is to contribute towards effective use of the foreseen public funding at municipal level across Bulgaria to target disadvantaged children, in order to maximize the impact of the new policy measures, with the potential to possibly expand to include universally free kindergarten in the future.
