Trust

The project provides trainings, consultations and supervisions to the NFP team of family nurses and health mediators in Sofia for the purposes of quality assurance and quality improvement of the NFP program delivery. The key project staff consists of 1 psychologist and 1 social worker. The activities include a two-day training on the topic of Toddler Development, relevant to the skills and knowledge necessary for the nurse home visitors to implement the NFP. Both team supervisors in Sofia and Plovdiv receive monthly psychological supervisions. The team in Sofia also receives regular group consultations by a psychologist and have the option to receive ad-hoc emergency support by a social worker.
