HESED is awarded a grant for establishing and operating a National Unit (NU) that will support the implementation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Nurse Family Partnership Program (NFP). Phase 1 examines the adaptations needed to deliver the NFP program in local contexts while ensuring fidelity to the NFP model. Phase Two involves the conduct of a pilot test of the adapted NFP program with 1 or 2 Sites and 200 clients. The results of this work will inform what additional adaptations may be needed to ensure the feasibility and acceptability of the NFP program within local contexts. The NFP Program’s NU will be responsible for the overall quality of the NFP Program implementation which includes quality assurance and the continuous quality improvement of the NFP Program.
