Trust

The project seeks to provide young disadvantaged people with the best chance in the labor market, by presenting an innovative approach that combines on-going services for job-readiness training, job search assistance, career guidance and counselling to find their way to work. The project aims at development of business partnerships with committed employers, members of AmCham (American chamber of commerce in Bulgaria) and other employers in need of new staff. Another goal is to upgrade and expand activities implemented by 100 Jobs Project in Sofia.
