Project “Springboard for School Readiness” will provide kindergarten fees, performance-based incentives, and improved information to disadvantaged and marginalized families with children aged 3-6. The World Bank, with technical support from the Open Society Institute (OSI-Sofia), will conduct a rigorous evaluation of the project to provide reliable data on its impact on enrollment and attendance for policy-makers and participating communities aims at addressing the need of early education of children from disadvantaged families.
