With this grant, TSA will support an expert of the team of Non-governmental Organizations Club – Turgovishte – who has the capacity of leader trainer of Embracing Diversity training program, to perform the functions of mentor of a team of Embracing Diversity trainers, and will support them in their professional development and growth as Embracing Diversity trainers. The project will contribute to the process of preparation of TSA for the National Embracing Diversity project in 2020-22 with an independent Impact Assessment through Randomized Control Trial.
