Similar to their previous project TSA supported , the current project addresses high rates of dropout and absenteeism of Roma students at risk of dropping out in transitional grades (5th – 7th grade) in the same school by providing 1) tutorials and social skills training to reduce students’ behavioral problems and improve school attendance and grade completion; 2) Family Group Conferences to prevent dropout of at-risk students; and 3) work with families.
