This project aims to leverage European funding for education and corporate funding to expand Center Amalipe’s educational program to a larger number of schools. The proven model aims to reduce dropout and improve graduation rates of students in multiethnic schools and was successfully implemented in close to 200 schools during 2010-2015 with funding by ABF/TSA. The program, which mostly targets students in 1st-8th grade decreases dropout by improving student motivation and parental engagement, and changing teacher attitudes towards the education of Roma students.
