Thе project addresses low rates of high school completion of Roma students and supports opportunities for development of leadership skills by supporting School Parliaments in two schools in Sofia. Participation in and activities of the School Parliaments modeled on the US experience will aim to motivate students in grades 8-12 to continue their education and complete high school and to help them develop leadership skills and citizenship competencies.
