In order to narrow and close the gaps in education achievement and improve the economic success, TSA will resume the imitative to provide English instruction to youth living in Roma neighborhoods in 5 locations - Lom, Kyustendil, Lovech, Peshtera and Sliven.
The project “A step toward success: Access to English for youth in Roma communities” aims to motivate youth from disadvantaged Roma communities to stay in school and to address a major gap in their employability by helping them to increase their English language skills and improve their self-confidence.
To achieve this goal, TSA will implement a hybrid model courses in English together with partner NGO that will organize the activities on the field. TSA will build this imitative оn its previous successful experience.
From the project activities will benefit directly at least 100 motivated high school students.
The project falls within the scope of the specific targets that TSA will pursue:
