OPEN – Because Culture Is Not Taught. It’s Lived.

17.11.2025

Do we really know how effective our teams can be?

Do we truly know the people with whom we spend more time than with our families?

What lies beneath the surface of the cultures we come from – and which part of this iceberg remains invisible without empathy and understanding?

We raised these questions at the beginning of November in Sofia, when we presented OPEN – an experiential workshop created by the Trust for Social Achievement, designed to help organizations build an environment of trust, connection, and genuine belonging.

Our first mini edition brought together our partners – business representatives from various sectors, from retail and technology to energy. The format was designed to gather diverse voices and perspectives – because it is precisely in this diversity that new understandings of culture and collaboration emerge.

OPEN is not a training. OPEN is a space for awareness and dialogue, where people meet beyond their roles, understand why culture is a strategic asset, and experience what it means to be heard and included.

In a world where everyone talks about teamwork, OPEN shows what it feels like. Through experience, through sharing, through that quiet shift when you begin to see difference not as a risk, but as a strength.

OPEN is a strategic tool for growth – for people and organizations. With it, we support teams in building a culture rooted in trust, energy, and purpose.

“It’s important to invite different voices to the table. But for the dialogue to matter, they need to feel included and heard.”

What’s next

The Trust for Social Achievement will continue the OPEN series with new editions in 2026, aimed at organizations that want to build a stronger, more connected, and more mindful culture.
