Trust

The project seeks to address the high level of lay-offs faced by ethnically mixed communities in Rousse. The project activities aim at raising motivation and provision of training in key competencies and training on the job of 10 Roma women for increasing their economic activity and steered toward economic self-sufficiency. There is a preliminary agreement with a private company for training 10 Roma women and hiring on a labor contract at least 8 of them.
