The program aims to employ representatives of the Roma community in local kindergartens, thus creating role models for young children and providing opportunities for the professional development of young people from the community.
The main goals of the Student Society for the Development of Interethnic Dialogue Foundation in this project are:
• Contribution to the selection of successful candidates to participate in the Young Roma Educators project of the Trust for Social Alternative Foundation (TCA).
• Ensures compliance with the selection rules for project participants;
• Identify participants' needs for additional educational training;
• Associate each project participant with a suitable teacher in the relevant subject;
• Contributes to the admission of participants to a higher education institution in a discipline of their choice appropriate to the project condi
