Trust

The Teacher in My Community (TMC) Project aims at employing representatives of the Roma community in local kindergartens, thus creating role models for young children and providing opportunities for the professional development of young people from the community.  
The main goals of the Student Society for the Development of Interethnic Dialogue Foundation in this project are:  
• Contribution to the selection of successful candidates to participate in the TMC Project of the Trust for Social Alternative Foundation (TSA); 
• Ensures compliance with the selection rules for project participants;  
• Identifies participants' needs for additional educational trainings;  
• Associates each project participant with a suitable teacher in the relevant subject of studies;  
• Contributes to the admission of participants to a higher education institution in a discipline of their choice appropriate to the Program design;  
• Supports the sound communication with the local communities of the participants, the project coordinators and universities;  
• Manages micro-grants and creative writing components.
