The Teacher in My Community Project (TMC) aims to hire representatives of the Roma community in local kindergartens, thus creating role models for young children and providing opportunities for the professional development of young people in the local community. 
The main goal is to overcome the shortage of teachers in kindergartens and to reduce unemployment among Roma in key municipalities in Bulgaria. The project aims to include 8 Roma youth who will receive financial support for acquiring pedagogical education and will start working in the kindergartens partnering within the project.
