Supporting the Development of Resilience and Economic Self-sufficiency of Disadvantaged People

The project "Supporting the Development of Resilience and Economic Independence of Disadvantaged People" aims to build on the management skills of World Without Borders to support economic initiatives by provision of financial and mentoring support to families who are willing to start their own business or to families who already have a business but wish to expand it.

Planned activities within the present project proposal include:

· Support for micro-farms and enterprises;

· Practical mentoring, advice and exchange of experience for Roma entrepreneurs;

· Outreach work to finance economic initiatives;

· Provision of advice for potential beneficiaries or already funded beneficiaries;

· Participation in exchange events between beneficiaries with similar businesses at a national level;

· Studying opportunities how to include beneficiaries in projects at a regional and national level – trainings, events, business-clubs, etc.
