The main problem, which the current project proposal aims to resolve, is the high unemployment and the high degree of exclusion of vulnerable groups of people from the labour market in the North-West region and Burgas region. The analysis made highlights the following problems - lack of skills and motivation for realization on the labour market, lack of support for finding a job, lack of knowledge of regulations and requirements for starting a business, insufficient knowledge and skills for business management and development, advertising, sales, difficult access to financing.
The solutions sought are in two main directions:
• Preparing unemployed persons for successful integration on the labour market and providing opportunities for permanent or seasonal employment through individual work with entrepreneurs from the North-West region and Burgas region;
• Support for development of entrepreneurship - start-up businesses and development of existing businesses that will provide jobs and income for vulnerable groups.
