TSA awarded a grant to HESED for the purposes of establishing and operating a National Unit (NU) that will support the implementation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the NFP Program in Bulgaria . Phase 1 examines the adaptations needed to deliver the NFP program in local contexts while ensuring fidelity to the NFP model. Phase Two involves the conduct of a pilot test of the adapted NFP program with 1 or 2 Sites and 200 clients. The results of this work will inform what additional adaptations may be needed to ensure the feasibility and acceptability of the NFP program within local contexts. The NFP Program’s NU in Bulgaria will be responsible for the overall quality of the Program implementation which includes quality assurance and the continuous quality improvement of the NFP Program, also clinical education and coaching, and site development. The central implementation team in the NU is consisting of clinical leaders, site developer, data analyst, developmental psychologist, administrator and accountant.
